You don’t have to scroll too far down into Khloe Kardashian’s Instagram feed to find proof that the Twisted Sisters executive producer likes to keep her sh*t tight. She’s a huge fan of showing off her workout gains after all, and who can blame her? Khloe goes pretty hard in the gym, whether it’s tackling an intense jump rope session or running drills with her trainer. But it’s not just her fitness routine that’s locked down. She’s also figured out what approach works for her when it comes to her diet. These days, that means not necessarily following a strict diet.
“In this world, I don’t really watch what I eat,” Khloe said in a May 2020 interview for Kourtney Kardashian’s wellness site, Poosh. “That doesn’t mean I’m binge eating bags of chips all day. [But] you never know if tomorrow’s happening. I would rather put effort into the gym than the kitchen.”
So what does that include? For the Strong Looks Better Naked author, gym time is not only her top choice for staying in shape, but it’s also her fave spot for hanging out with her #1 workout buddy, Kim, as well as a way for her to keep stress in check.
