The Workout Routine Kyle Richards Does To Stay Fit


With four daughters, six dogs, and a cast of catty women to fight with, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards would be forgiven for skipping a sweat sesh now and then. But, in truth, Kyle is actually working out more, at 51, than ever before and says she’s living her best life RN thanks in no small part to her dedication to eating well and exercising often.

Last year, when she turned 50, Kyle said in an interview with The Feast, per Bravo, that she would be making a bigger commitment to fitness. Since then, the RHOBH cast member has increased her workouts to one a day, except on Sundays. When you’re exercising that consistently finding creative ways to stave off boredom is a must. And from the looks of things, Kyle is all about mixing things up when it comes to her fitness routine. (Earlier this month her hubby Mauricio Umansky posted a photo on Instagram showing off their fully stocked at-home gym with a treadmill, Peloton bike, weight set, and workout bench.)

But exactly what is Kyle doing to stay so freaking fit? According to her IG and a couple of reliable sources, it appears that she’s focusing cardio and low-impact workouts. Keep reading to see exactly what Kyle is doing to stay healthy and in great shape.

She cross trains to keep her body guessing.

“For me, if I want to feel good and, you know, if I’m stressed, it’s exercise, exercise, exercise,” Kyle told US Weekly. That usually includes alternating between different workout classes including boxing and SoulCycle as well as spending lots of time in nature with her fam.

She’s into mountain biking.

Kyle shared this victorious shot of herself after biking through the Utah mountains. As it turns out, this Real Housewife loves the great outdoors and is willing to go from Rodeo drive to the dirt trails anytime.
